Linear projects are a big focus in our business, having implemented social management services for pipeline projects.

The decommissioning of power stations and coal mines are gaining importance as government implements its Just Energy Transition programme. Critical factors for social management include alternative livelihoods, social justice, and designing new economies, which are at the heart of Bapuleng’s expertise.

With implementing mega projects comes the requirement of managing complex contracts. Bapuleng has experience with FIDIC and NEC contracts.

Khazamula has over 20 years of experience working in stakeholder engagement, resettlement, research, impact assessments, heritage conservation and tourism development. As project manager he interfaces with clients and manages contracts. As Social Lead he oversee all social aspects of infrastructure development projects. His clients include mining companies, government, infrastructure developers and environmental consultancies. He has experience in investigating multifaceted stakeholder issues and advising senior managers of corporations and government accordingly.

Daphne has over 20 years of combined experience in impact assessment, biodiversity conservation and cultural heritage conservation. While working in impact assessment her focus has been on socio-economic impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, research and resettlement action planning and implementation. While working in biodiversity and cultural heritage conservation her focus was on program coordination, awareness raising, fund-raising, monitoring and evaluation, community-based natural resource management and livelihood creation.

Honors Degree in Counselling, Trinity Bible College

Working with Bapuleng, Olga has facilitated meetings with mining communities and coordinated stakeholder groups for the purpose of resettlement.

Known as Apostle K, Olga has been a pastor and a counsellor for over 20 years. She was nominated as Business Woman of the year 2021 (BWSA), obtained an award for Limpopo ‘Best Influencer 2023′(Limpopo Entrepreneurs Awards). Olga is a motivational speaker for private and corporate functions. As a motivational speaker she has worked with government departments such as SAPS, Home Affairs, local schools, Mogalakwena Municipality and has been invited to be motivational speaker at Mogalakwena Anglo Platinum ‘s Women in Mining event. She is an author of 2 books to date and busy with the 3rd book. She is also a philanthropist who has established an organization called Feed a Child and works with youth through her organization called Teen Talk.

Thingaambi is a strategist in sustainable community development. With over 20 years of experience, Thingaambi has led transformative initiatives in business management, SMME and cooperative development, and Corporate Social Investment (CSI) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He has driven complex, multimillion-rand socio-economic and ecological programmes across Southern Africa’s public, private, and NGO sectors. Thingaambi is systems-oriented, blending strategic foresight, governance excellence, and community empowerment to achieve measurable and sustainable impact.

Kabelo is experienced in engaging with communities for the purposes of creating awareness about issues that affect them, gathering information to inform specific community-benefit programmes and resolving disputes amongst community groups She has conducted surveys and focus groups meetings amongst mining communities. She has also facilitated training for adult learners in supply chain management.

Boitumelo has gained experience in conducting social surveys and engaging with communities, particularly in mining areas. She has experience in data collection, data analysis and report writing. She pays particular attention to ensuring the accuracy of data and preparing data for presentation. While at university, Boitumelo was a member of the Student Environmental Association (SEA) for a period of 3 years and worked for the Students Resident Administration under the Student Safety and Security committee for one year.

Mahlatse is responsible for office administration and bookkeeping. She manages project-specific budgets and cashflows. She is responsible for fieldwork logistics such as booking accommodation and hiring vehicles. She obtained her N1 certificate in Electrical Engineering in 2005, Certificate in Labour Relations in 2022 and Certificate in Office Administration in 2023.
